Hello, I am a 1986 graduate of Bishop Conwell High School and I also attended Bucks County Community College. I began working for Dr. Ravin on April 14, 1999 after receiving my certificate in Dental Assisting from Bucks County Technical School's adult evening program. My job in this office has evolved from assisting Dr. Ravin in direct patient care to becoming the office manager and handling everything in the office. Some of these duties include, all patient services, handling insurance claims, insurance problems, dealing with the various insurance companies and billing. :
Nicole Goldacker - Dental Assistant
Hello, I will be graduating from Bucks County Technical High School where I have studied Dental Assisting. In the spring of 2007, I began working for Dr. Ravin in August 2006, while still going to school. I am involved in direct patient care, where I assist Dr. Ravin in the operatories, sterilize all the instruments and make sure the operatories are cleaned and ready for each patient. I passed my x-ray license exam and am certified to take x-rays. I also help Joan, our office manager, out at the front desk whenever I am needed by scheduling appointments and answering the phones.
Nancy Braun - Dental Assistant
Hello, my name is Nancy Braun. I work for Dr. Ravin as a certified Dental Assistant and licensed x-ray technician. My job title requires numerous duties, including assisting Dr. Ravin chair side with patients and working as a team member to ensure that quality work is done in a timely manner. I am also always eager to learn from the knowledge that Dr. Ravin possesses from his vested years of experience in the field of Dentistry.
I also prep and sanitize all the operatories, sterilize all instruments in the laboratory and assist Joan, the office manager, at the front desk when needed. I consider myself a friendly and mannerly individual with a compassionate nature.
I look forward to working with the staff here at Dr. Ravin’s office. It is always nice to see a patient leaving the office relieved and with a smile on their face.
Diane Hoiler - Dental Hygienist
Greetings, I am a registered Dental Hygienist with twelve years experience. I graduated from Montgomery County Community College with an Associates degree in Dental Hygiene in May of 1994. I joined Dr Ravin's practice in October 2005. I provide preventive dental care for all patients that enter Dr Ravin's office. I treat a variety of different patients, and deal with them on a one to one basis, handling their needs from routine cleanings to in depth periodontal work. I treat all sorts of patients from children to retired adults and senior citizens. I also educate the patients on the proper technique of home care so they do not revert to bad habits. ;
Vivian Storz - Dental Hygienist
Hi, I am also a registered Dental Hygienist with over 20 years of experience, having graduated from Temple University in 1982. I have worked as a hygienist in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania and joined Dr. Ravin's practice in February 2006. I enjoy all the aspects of my profession especially dealing with patients on a one to one basis. One of the most rewarding aspects of my job is educating and maintaining good oral health for all my patients. "A healthy mouth is a happy mouth."
